Jackson is the CEO of Sanctum Health Partners and one of our founders. He oversees the entire company’s operations at a ground level, and is directly responsible for the majority of Sanctum’s recruiting and financial operations. Before joining the company full-time, Jackson served as a Vice President at both Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab, and his financial and business development expertise was and is instrumental to both the formation of Sanctum and its current operations.
Jackson graduated from Duke University where he starred as their long snapper on the football team. After attaining both his Bachelors in Public Policy and his Masters in Divinity, his illustrious athletic career evolved into a successful banking career. He attained his MBA at the end of 2022. When not in the office, Jackson loves to spend time with his wife and his son. He also currently serves as a deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church. His passions include golf, fishing, hunting, and always seeking ways to be even more awesome.
Jacob is the President and COO of Sanctum Health Partners as well as co-founder of the company. Jacob has been in this position since the founding of the company in 2018, and is responsible for the operations of the company at every level.
Prior to Sanctum, Jacob was a Director for Vivicare Health Partners (now Team Select), where he led the organization’s successful expansion into the Houston, TX, providing home health nursing. Before Vivicare, Jacob served as a Director for Epic Pediatric Therapy (Now Aveanna), where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company’s home health and clinic operations for the Fort Worth/Arlington region.While Jacob has many years in the healthcare field, Jacob began his business career as a Manager for AT&T, leading multiple branches throughout various parts of the U.S.
A proud graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, Jacob majored in Business. Jacob loves to spend time with his wife and sons. Outside of his responsibilities at Sanctum, Jacob spends his time serving at Faith Lutheran Church of Plano and enjoys playing competitive tennis, fishing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lindsay is Sanctum’s original New Yorker. After graduating from SUNY Cortland, she moved to the great state of Texas in 2003, and has lived here ever since. Lindsay achieved her M.S., Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2006. Lindsay is certified in both LAMP and PROMPT, is an expert in AAC, and is certified in American Sign Language. In addition to her vast skillset, Lindsay has worked in almost every single clinical setting possible. She has worked with several different Independent School Districts, multiple other home health companies, and even in SNF and inpatient settings.
Lindsay leads all of Sanctum’s clinical operations. Her incredible skill and vast experience enables her to give excellent insight on whatever issue may arise. Additionally, she has built out and designed our Sanctum Residency Program from the ground up. She directly oversees the program as well as hand selects our new residents. Her son Landon is the light of her world, and as an avid baseball fan, she loves to cheer him on whenever she can.
